What I'm going to do is guide myself through another DBC file that is in good condition and fix the spells that are preventing me from duplicating in this DBC file that I'm using.

Spell editor does support those languages. The string not found is because the offset defined in the field was not found in the string block of the dbc.

Also I'm pretty sure " character should be supported but escaped, that sounds like a bug with spell editor.

This is why server crashes. It's referencing data that doesn't exist.

Do you need those languages? You could run a query to update all those fields to empty string / 0.
