I followed one of <@809907704981618749> suggestion and tried the wow.export extract. I found that if I removed Geoset2, then it looks like it removes the eye glow.

I then exported the M2 at the bottom. Now I just gotta figure out how to convert it to wotlk.

from bfa models hardcoded textures path are no longer complete in the model but you have a file id instead, some models also have that with geometry particles
you need to use txid removal to regenerate that file path so wotlk can read it

as for gpid, you need to manual edit them (i've not seen tools for them)
