What I'm trying to say is that the limit of all stats is 300 and they are all at 400 except for languages because they are not part of the skills I think

That's the problem, I've looked everywhere and there's no value of 400 that can be changed.

search spell id 34091 (artisan riding) in skillline.dbc -> id 762 -> skilllineability.dbc id 15150 -> skillraceclassinfo.dbc id 890 -> skilltier.dbc id 223
