Ok, after using this race patch, that is, having placed the dbc and sql files on the server, the base limit of the stats was 400, where it should be 300. This way, I can't use some types of mounts, such as the celestial steed, among others. What I would like is for it to return to normal while keeping the race patch.

I might be wrong here but isnt the max weapon skill PlayerLevel * 5 ? So level 80 should have 400 .
Also you are talking about weapon skills and then refering to riding what is pretty different. Since that is mounts and that uses different logic.

for the riding skill, you would have to look in your SkillLine dbc and look for the artisan riding skill id. The value there will be changed to 400 when it should be 300.
you can find this by using the spell id (34091) from artisan riding.
