In Cataclism they added Call Pet 2 up to 5 so you could have 5 pets on you and also call them all as an special spell called Stampede

So I think that having multiple hunter pets summoned at once would require a lot of custom code

However having mage elemental, DK pet, warlock pet + hunter pet should work just fine
