the 15-page vendor cap is not server-side. It is a hardcoded client-side restriction inside WoW.exe (3.3.5a and similar). You can put as many items as you want on a vendor in the database, the server will send them, but the client won’t let you scroll past page 15.

Don't do it via vendor and it's easy clap just do gossip "vendor" with paged list

Hmm thats the normal one with Just text, is nice for Just a few transmog items but if you have so many looks bad, at least for me

If you're willing to mod the binary to increase the max page size, you might as well build a new UI completely which would be easier.
I imagine 15 = 16 max values
