that wood be amazing.. back on topic.. is any pserver actually using bugreport for fingerprinting? I have seen a different approach that doesn't rely 100% on warden

I would just love to add the ability to ban by HWIDs. It's kind of sad that most emulators nowadays still rely on IP bans... considering even a 5 year old knows that most connections are PPPoE now with dynamic ips...

The problem is that people use FOSS in their "private servers" but don't share the improvements they made, even though FOSS requires that you share any modifications to the original code...

i agree in 99% of the cases. But some AC improvements loose value if publicised.

We link accounts to Discord, so if you ban an account it's a Discord ban. Quite a pain to setup many Discord accounts
Personally I think trying to fingerprint by hardware is a bit too intrusive
