I'm currently modding vanilla and been doing retroport succesfully. I'm trying to retroport scourgewarrior and it doesn't seem to load ingame. I downscaled the textures and all. Any ideas?

Model loaded without textures! They were 4k originally and I had to resize to 25%. The game doesn't like them still. Gotta fiddle around more
