Thank you so much for your help. I am making progress. I removed two M2 files with "shadowbolt" in them, but no changes occur in game yet--it's still using the new spell effects for Shadow Bolt. I assume Ihave to extract spellvisual.dbc, spellvisualeffectname.dbc, spellvisualkit.dbc, spell missile.dbc etc. and make modifications using Spell Editor or something?

Nevermind. Looks like I missed the root directory where there's a bunch of files like this. It's obfuscated it seems
