also check your path, even if it's .m2 you may use .mdx on the database instead

in older version of azerothcore before they moved the modelID1 form creature_template
modelID1, modelID2, model ID3 and modelID4 there are DisplayID used in creatureDisplayInfo.dbc
in creatureDisplayInfo.dbc the ModelID field is not the same, it is the ID used in CreatureModelData.dbc
