I had this same issue when I first tried making a custom npc. Pretty sure it's because you didn't add an entry to creature_model_info.

seems you are having previous version of azerothcore before they moved modelid1, modelid2 etc in creature_template_model but as kebful said, you need to have the displayID in your creature_model_info else you will crash (or creature won't spawn)

if you have not updated your CreatureModel.dbc and CreatureDisplayInfo.dbc server side you'll need to update creaturedisplayinfo_dbc and creaturemodeldata_dbc instead
