It's the older model....look for some sort of phoenix mount I forget the exact name of that one.

There's really nothing new. The old one like alasator said is aprox 3 years old.

Okay, can u just tell me how are the steps with programms? Which one should be used as first after downloading the model

The way I do it is m2mod....convert the m2 to m2i. Just because I always check tri count so I open the m2i in blender 2.79. If it's good I just leave it alone and go back to m2mod. Then convert the m2i to m2...I usually check the box that says replace m2. But not sure if it's necessary. Then after I have the new skin files and m2 I convert those keeping a back up of the original incase I get any errors. I make a new folder with the same name but in a different location paste the converted anim files if any the new skin and m2 files and a the texture blps for the creature. Then I put in a folder patch and test.

and then you also import sounds and add them to the dbc and cross your fingers that you don't need to manual edit events in the .m2 to match with the sounds records
