not every casc explorer version is compatible.
Legion was released in 2016, so use a cascexplorer that was released then

but your client is certainly not original from Blizzard, you have something with Firestorm, that could be the problem.

The client is supposedly clean, only their .exe is changed, as the member that gets models from that client makes them work. Going to get that 0.19 alpha from 2016 to try it
