There he told me the sequence. I followed it exactly and also read the tutorial and then I noticed that his port of the m2 file had a size of 6.3 MB and my file was still 7 MB, even though he was also using the latest files. How did the size reduction come about?

I use the Discord search when I get an error to see if it is known and has already been fixed. I also read through guides and apply the steps and if it doesn't work then I just write here to see if anyone can help because I can't get any further with what I've tried.

I've always had models ported for money that didn't work for me after several attempts, but at some point you want to do it yourself and have the right tools to port models yourself.

the mount you linked is called owldragonmount on wow export and the listfile from 2 days ago is incomplete to have the last textures name (some are extract to unknown folder)
the dreamowl_firemount is completely different

same model but different geosets enabled. the dreamowl_firemount has been in the game files for awhile now...the owldragonmount was a recent promotion mount
