Hello. I am doing simple recolouring of some items (using this method: convert blp to png and recolour the png using an image editor such and PS or Affinity Photo, then convert png to blp again and patch) and it works fine with weapons, head, and shoulder, but then I get strange results with things that belong to "TextureComponents". Strange results such as the one in the screenshot. Can you explain what might be the problem?

your BLP is most likely in incorrect format

Does that mean it could be larger than the original?
