wav is lossless but it's wow, not a high-end audio experience

We've managed to get .ogg working fine but with the caveat of for whatever reason they endless loop.

ah ya id rather not hear the boss wound crit sounds on endless loop lol.
its easy enough to drop all 102 sounds into a converter
