Really stupid question...
The DBCs are correct.
The DB has the model ID added via creature_model_info.
The respected DB infos are all correct, etc.
This is the first time EVER I have experienced an issue when adding a custom creature/model? What am I missing?

i dont know, i have been doing this for a while and i completely spaced the simplest part of the dbc edit so i'd just double check everything

Have a look in your server.log and db errors log to see if your creature ID is outputting any errors.

Most likely a typo somewhere, the server should be writing what caused it to fail to load
