i added 5 more creature models
3 of them i cant spawn and in server console there is error that creature has no model defined
1 is working just broken (all white)
and 1 crashes my client when i spawn it
any ideas how to solve such things ?

#1 prob missing in db or dbc (server side)
#2 textures missing in dbc
#3 check error code

i tried to fill all 3 texture variant columns with same names as m2 files that only changed them from being all white to all green

i dont see logic behind it some models dont need any of them some works with 1 like that spider and others dont work even with 3

You have to check your model's textures to know what types they use.
