That can depend on the instance itself so no 1 answer. Outdoor dungeon with an ADT ground, ground effects, etc are different from purely WMO based ones.

A dungeon with an outdoor environment.
Molten Core has no "exterior" that you can see / get too so has no adt files and is set up slightly differently in the wdt file. This would mean that you're only getting the WMO's, M2's, Textures and _maybe_ sounds depending how deep you're going.
ICC has the main tower you're in that just like Molten Core has the WMO, M2's, Textures, Particles etc. But it _does_ have an outdoor bit where you can see the ICC zone so that's adt's, even more textures. You can't walk on the ground though so that's not as bad.
Zul'Gurub? Well that has all of the above _and_ you can walk on the terrain so you'd need ground effects, sounds, etc

Then specifics in the dungeons will have knock ons too. A room that never changes will be way easier than something like blackhand where there's also the destructible floor gameobjects and getting path finding even working on them etc.

If you think of it like that then a ZG "type" of raid will objectively take longer and have way way more hurdles than a "simpler" dungeon

I would personally break it down into like 5 instance layouts / visuals that you actually _really_ like and feel invested in and get those. Do the instance scripting side of things (which will take way longer than I bet you're estimating) and _then_ contemplate doing more. Just ripping every maps files and working in 3.3.5 will take ages, likely cost you too much and then you won't be able to fill it all with actual content anyway.

I'm definitely not going to get all of them at once that's like 60 instances I will most likely go 1 by 1

It also depends on price I mean if 1 will cost 500€ then I'm going with 0

Pick 5 or so, assume that a lower expansion = easier and odds are go from there. Retroporting whole maps isn't simple of course since an instance is pretty much where all the component parts that are each hard in retroporting get used.
