Alastor has a big pack on model-changing.net, I think just items (which is still a ton of stuff), not aware of any big mount packs but someone might have one. Updated world without broken cities I'm not aware of a paid back for, but it is in development by Open Azeroth for free, but not finished yet. I'm sure if you wanted to put some money towards getting it faster you could commission some modelers for them to help speed up development, they're at a bit of a bottleneck for model work since they only have one person who can do that at the moment from what I've heard.
