I'm not sure about naga, but I just got my worgen working and had many issues with the leg parts. This would probably be on your tail. The issue I had was that the pelvis textures where missing. And that caused the legs to just look weird, sometimes keep the last selected race, sometimes green. After adding all pelvis blp it worked for me. Maybe you have something similar?
