Not that I'm aware of but you can retroport the spells yourself, using wow.tools. Until MoP the structure is pretty much the same so they're easy to port. After that they get a little bit more tricky since they changed up the structure, so you have to do a bit more digging in more files and then use that data to recreate it. As for the model data you can just use the Adspartan tool to convert them - some won't look as good on Wotlk mainly because they have a bunch of different effects it just can't handle
