Problem is the 3.3 converter forces 8 added to globalflags, which activates blend overrides.. and forces alt_mapping in to the header.. which will usually either break global sequences.. or the first animation in the block.. because it does it on models that don't have additional header space too

the secret is to just have Soldan convert the model for you and dm it to you on the dl

And models without additional header, if they have globals.. they start at 130, and anims start at 150.. if they don't have globals, anims start at 0x130
