I can send you my 010 scripts that "fix" anim playback, particle texture number, version and md21 down to mop.. but not exactly a "tool", or for lk xD

I fix txids, use the script and models generally work for me in MoP.. add on downport to lk, camera fix, particle bytes and should be good to go I suppose (along with .skin fix)
