Eh, you can't really fix the binary to that extent, it's more of a gentleman's agreement that the player trusts that the server won't abuse it

It should be. People need to know they are vulnerable! Most servers are hosted in places where there is no jurisdiction of any sort of law, making all crazy things- all the more likely to happen
