I can't think of a way to accurately recreate this in C#.
My first idea would just to run the Scheduler in the Update loop of Unity, with a simple Queue<EvtHandler> or smth.
But I have the feeling the system WoW uses might be a bit more complicated than that?

Unity should have its own event loop. Just hook into it lol.

I mean, kind of yeah. But not really the same.
I want to keep the door open to rip unity away later and replace it with a proper custom graphics implemention.
So recreating from wow source seems to be the better approach. Just need to figure out how that C++ code best converts to C# lel
