What I mean is more of, just displaying M2s in world. With maybe a free cam around it like in that video.
But with a UI to pause and play animations, stepping through them etc.
Just so one can look at everything in more detail.

Like right now, I am building my own M2 system. Sure I can look at it in my engine, but I never get a really close look at stuff in WoW directly to compare

Currently using CrystalMPQ, but just loading 1 thing takes 13+ms.
Already optimized it a bit, but it still to slow for realtime use.

(Loading the main menu takes like 2 full seconds lol.)
