Oh whoops, forgot that wasn't built-in. It's just a toggle for lua MouselookStart() and MouselookStop() for a hacky GW2-ish camera I've been messing around with

Kinda yeah, the goal is to send a click event to actually allow ground targeted spells.
Currently I'm using SetMouselookOverrideBinding() with interact macros while in MouseLook, but this doesn't work with stuff like blizzard.
So afaict I either need to send a terrainclick where my mouse is at, or disable the default movement overrides from SetControlBit to make the mouse behave normally
