which one of the leaked applications was that from? i have seen multiple tools starting with "mpq".
currently have to understand and implement compressing/uncompressing and decrypting/encrypting MPQ files in my own application, for version 0 and 1 right now, and version 2/3 as well later

The debug executables with pdbs are kind of crazy! Huge fuckup by whoever pushed them to the CDN
