Not saying it isnt possible. I seen reloadable sai on projects (seen as in live video not source access). But for dbc i still think that required a restart if pushed and replaced.

But a addon may be a better option possibly. A few pservers which i will keep un-named use addons to help with several things due to their modified clients, naming damage output and other stuff

its a wow.exe limitation, it stores stats in a int16 (signed, 2 bytes) and theres absolutely no way you can increase that without some sort of external support, usually no amount of dbc editing will change that in alot of cases) But i think i may be ranting off a bit.
