You ofc need to edit your server to allow it (if it has it hardcoded)

The visual GCD you see in your UI is triggered by the client, if you cannot cast the spell afterwards it is your server disallowing it (you should also notice a short spell visual flash on the hands when trying to cast the spell, this way you can detect its the server)

yeah people in the acore discord have said that its also client limitation, so i thought i'd ask here too

my issue was that there was only 1 occurence of gcd, and thats the one where it said
