I never screwed around with shaders. I doubt porting DF shaders to SL (for supporting new WMOs) should be too hard, no? Just need to add the files and presumably edit some db2 that says what shader id is what? Or is it not that simple?

you'll probably also need to patch the shader map in the client and whatever code handles uploads and such

2. handles uploads? that part sounds annoying to fuck with, might get off this ride
3. that just means adding the .bls files I assume

that sounds straightforward... probably could get by just replacing some functions with the DF equivalents as well.
