i can see those objects a lot further, but only the "close" ones get a shadow

There are a few checks but your best bet would be to look at ShadowQueryEntitys

i love it... makes exploring maps so much more fun.
quite a lot of "forgotten" objects in instances, prb stuff for copy pasting by the devs... here some inside brd, way outside of playable areas ^^
