i am completely stuck :/ my best guess is, that WMO groups which are flagged as interior, do not only check for the portal hitscans, but also if the camera is currently in another wmo group with the same flag.
even if the hitscan always returns true, the second part still doesn't add up for the and condition.
probably done to boost performance, bc checking if the camera is withing interior WMO bounds is a lot quicker than doing hitscans.

i found this on wowdev.wiki - guess those are the flags you are talking about?
also was searching for
MOV *,[*+130]
no luck at all

MOV *,[*+30]
gives me a few hundred results :/

somehow the star wildcards aren't shown for my assembly search... certainly was written right and it does work with wildcards
