Nope. The web part is c++ compiled to WebAssembly.

So it's being developed as desktop app, but can(could) be compiled as library to be run inside webbrowser

When it was OpenGL - not really big. Rn, it will be big, since it's now using vulkan and can't be compiled to webassembly (for now)
