i noticed that there was a way posted by Aelus that required you to download 3 programs and add/change some stuff
this method takes only 2 programs and can be activated with the click of a button
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE FIREFOX DOWNLOAD IT!!! THE PROGRAM MIGHT NOT WORK WITHOUT IT!!!
1. download the program from this link
Get Behind the Shield! Hotspot Shield by AnchorFree
2. install the program
3. in your tray there will be a red icon, right click it and find "Connect/ON"
4. Firefox will open up and it will acquire an ip adress and connect
5. wait for the box to say connected and minimize firefox
6. if your icon is green then your IP ban has been lifted!!! congratz
7. try logging into WoW
hopefully this worked for you like it does me
