before blizz got the weight setting in wrath they used duplicates to get odd weights. like 2x same model and 1x another for 66/33. Ghetto strats

I finally fully understand the ReallyLowQualityTextureingMap and noEffectDoodad just the data types were confusing the hell out of me. Gonna work on rendering it now.

the only thing I need to figure out is how they select the active layer, I assume they get the top layer or the highest weighted one, or maybe manually pick it
