No, there is only 1 track when a global sequence is enabled on that particular thing could be a particle emitter, a specific bone etc

So yes the values in the track is still accessed, but bound to never go past the one where the timestamp for that value is greater than the global loop specified one, maybe deamon can explain it better tomorrow /shrug
