also, do global sequences have their own block of timestamps? or should i be using the timestamps in that animation's M2Track block?

I'm almost done with a massive noggit update but I keep finding stuff I want to add/change and increasing the scope

There is a global sequence list that specifies the time it loops at, typically I've found that the data in the M2Tracks already respect this, but I'm sure there are some exceptions.

/*0x014*/ M2Array<M2Loopⁱ> global_loops;

<@159465132353781763> You can find the offset into global sequences in the M2TrackBase by using ( /*0x02*/ uint16_t global_sequenceWink to index into it iirc

i _think_ i'm doing that correctly, but i'm noticing that (for example) the waterfall's `animation_index` is greater than the number of timestamp sequences it has
