1. we have `MODFFlags.use_sets_from_mwds `flag
2. and we have multiple sets in `MWDR`
3. and those should be used to get indexed from from` MWDS`
4, to be used for iterating over MODS `DoodadSetsCount`
in our case:
`MODF` DoodadSet == 12, so we take entry with corresponding `MWDR` index
which output us
StartIndex: 51
EndIndex: 74
and we use it for iterating `MWDS`
and it gives us indexes values 7-26
but what to do if in model definition there is less sets in `MODS`, in our case only 7 entries (so our `MWDS` indexes would be out of range) , i.e. we can't iterate 7-26
am i missing something?
