https://github.com/Project-Epoch/dbc-export I wrote that a bit ago. It’s unfinished because I moved away to TSWoW but can be probably finished easily if you need. Just requires the other definitions adding.

ok, thanks, i will check it out. I expect all the tools to be unfinished. Havent found a single one yet that isnt out of a pre-alpha stage.

Pretty sure WDBX has an import and export that works okay but obviously used the GUI.

yeah, it has an import/export. each time it messes up, i just get more and more stressed over using it. my ChrSections.dbc, right now, easily over 5k duplicate entries and was 100% cleaned like 8 hours ago.,
