yeah since i needed them saved there was no point reading the blps myself, the process to do BLP2PNG is as quick as it needs to be. The time is in waiting for GIMP

Can see from the visual benchmark, the tattoo doesn't get GIMP processed but the face does

oooh woooooooow, it turns out that your program is able to take models, and turn their textures into such an arrangement of their "spare parts"? Does this only happen with base models? Or with anyone? I wonder if your program can be used, that would be incredibly helpful

As far as i'm aware for face textures to appear correctly in 3.3.5 they need converting to Upper and Lower, instead of just Upper

and the base skin needs to be edited as shown so the face appears in the bottom left and size 256x192
