It literally states on cop reference that using it for files leads to UdB in cases where other programs alter the file system and the same time

So it is a case of udb based on circumstances not controlled by the C++ code of that program at all

but those are more a courtesy, if someone wants to be rude there's nothing you can really do about that, you need to set up permissions if it's critical for security
