About the parent to child skel relations im uncertain only about one think that if was not present It'd be super clear
assuming that parent skel is giving all animations sequences and keyframes values then child skel should override those with new animation data

yeah so looking at the uprightorc, and loading it into WMV after only using its base skel, it has ~60% animations in its base skel, and then gets some combat focused animations where they are more hunched from the parent
