if you can do basic coding, tswow does this in about 10 lines of code and covers it better than any other public project i know of: <https://tswow.github.io/tswow-wiki/home/>
if you prefer manual editing, there is no 100% guide and most of them are for very old versions of the game. These contain the most information that i know of, stoneharry's is the most recent and the ownedcore one has a lot of relevant (and some no longer relevant) sections:
