Out of curiosity, how different is 4.3.4 dbc structure to 3.3.5? Would stoneharry's spell editor work with it or need some serious work to get it to support 4.3.4?

Serious work. Most things changed with Cataclysm. Notable on the client DB data the model completely changed and a lot of the data is now stored in DB2 files

That said if you make an issue and upload the DB2 & DBC files I might look at adding support one day, especially if others are asking for it

It's much easier to edit Spells in 4.3.4 via DBC editor, but sure would be very useful to have your editor work with it

Spell effects got split into SpellEffects.dbc and that's all iirc

I'll poke around and see what I can see. Wouldn't want to put you out of your way or anything though.
