Hey,

I want to present you my ArcEmu easy OneClick ® 3.3.5 Server. As the name suggests, it is an one click server. You don't need to setup anything. Just click the "start" button on the GUI, change your realmlist.wtf to 127.0.0.1 and start playing. I've made a little howto on Youtube, although it is in german but it should be easy to understand for you. I've made an english and a german version of my server. It is especially well for beginners but pros may use it, too. With my easy server you still can access the MySQL database or change/update the whole core.

Howto:

YouTube - Eigenen World of Warcraft WoW Privat Server in nur 3 Minuten erstellen - ArcEmu easy One Click 3.3.5

Download:

Have fun [Image: smile.png]

Quote: @Marcus123474: Thanks for the reply. For custom items and NPCs you can use the tools that were made for the 'normal' ArcEmu. Just google custom items/npcs arcemu I think you will find a howto/tool.

There is a setting for the realmname at the bottom of the file '\ArcEmu\configs\realms.conf'. You can edit it with the Windows Editor. My one click server is alike a normal ArcEmu based server. To add more realms google how to add more realms to an ArcEmu based server. Same with the accounts (arcemu how to add accounts - Google Search).

Quote: Thanks for the great program, got it working flawlessly. But you never actually mention the login credentials to actually log in.

I took it for myself to take a look at the database structure and what account was set up, and the default login is: arcemu/test (user/pass).

May have been in the readme, but I'm a typical guy and don't bother reading those things Tongue

Thanks!

Quote: Never set something like this up before so I figured this was a good place to start.

Downloaded the files and ran into the msvcr100.dll error. Downloaded MS Visual C++ 2010 Redist Package x64, which didn't fix the problem so I uninstalled it and installed the x86. Things seem to run fine after that so I changed my realmlist.wtf to "set realmlist 127.0.0.1" When I try to login it simply goes to "Unable to validate game version."

Suggestions?

Running Vista 64, WoW 3.3.5a 12213

Quote: When I hit start I get an error reading

14:42 E [Arcemu] MySQLDatabase: Connection failure due to: 'Unknown database 'world''

14:42 E [Arcemu] sql Main database initialization failed. Exiting.

I got the oneclick program unzipped to C/databases.

I then unzipped the dbc and maps into C/databases/Arcemu

I changed the passwords for the world and logon configs to the MySql password.

I only have MySql, no navicat. Do I need to get navicat to change something in the world database?
