When i had a server at the "old times" there were a login.conf (or something like it) config file, where you can change the range of the allowed client number. So if its under yours make the max value to yours.

ok i fixed the issue now... there was somthing wrong with your port
Try following these steps:
1. Open your ArcEmu folder
2. Locate your configs, maps, and dbc folders.
3. Move them to your Desktop or another Temporary location of your choice.
4. Delete ArcEmu
5. Download latest version from ArcEmu.net - Latest Windows Binaries
6. Extract to any location.
7. Open your configs in your server file.
8. Notice that the new port is 3311.
9. Input the information from your old configs into our new ones.
10. Move your maps and dbc files into the server folder.
11. Close all other MySQL servers.
12. Use Start.exe to start
(MySQL info is username:root pass:english)

I had a little issue with the msvcr thing myself but I just did the x86 repack and got it working. I can run WoW and log in fine. However, whenever I create a character it doesn't show up on the character list. Also, it says that I can't make draenei nor blood elves because I need TBC expansion. But I have WOTLK. So, I don't understand. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
