Maybe there is a bug in your code and it is downloading files twice on each run?

As in, for some reason it's aborting download of the build early without displaying any indication other than not marking the build as complete

Random fun fact: Windows supports memory-mapping the swapfile. I.e. rather than allocating disk storage for the memory-mapped file it will allocate a part of the swapfile to use as a memory-mapped file
