I have a question: How can I make the lower ranks of a spell go on cooldown when the spell is cast?
For example, Chaos Bolt has an 8-second cooldown, and when you cast it, rank 1 and the remaining ranks of that spell go on cooldown. How can I apply this same thing to a custom spell?
